 Oracle R12 Upgrade Project Manager

 Location: Sydney, Australia

Modules : Financials / Manufacturing

 

 Requirements:

·         Hands-on experience with numerous complex R12 Upgrade projects (Financials / Manufacturing)

·         Coordinate and plan all functional and technical tasks related to the R12 upgrade project

·         Specialize in functional and technical solution architecture and project management of large systems implementation and integration projects 

·         Focus on high attention areas of projects such as scope development, risk mitigation, and problem anticipation 

 

 

Tasks: 

·         Provide clear roles and responsibilities defined for the project in order to assure accountability, ownership, and quality 

·         Provide comprehensive Project Workplan and Project Management Plan to detail the tasks and deliverables for each of the 5 upgrade iteration 

·         Communicate a list of known project risks and assumptions to the executive committee and project team 

·         Support of timely decision making 

·         Ensure team cohesion and timely communication 

·         Provide a configuration management and control, testing management plan against each upgrade iterations 

·         Provide weekly and monthly project status report 

·         Provide and validate cutover/transition plan for each iteration to PROD 

·         Provide guidance to support documentations required by client for audit and compliance purposes 

·         Execute PM methodology to align to Client's Group of Companies standards with PM services and PA services: 

          Quality Assurance to review deliverables from team leads to ensure quality and standard compliance and solution.

 

 

 Management Skills

 ·         Strong verbal and written communication skills to project manager, project leaders and client members

 ·         Excellent presentation skills to POS and project leaders

·         Flexible to adapt quickly into the culture of Client's Group of Companies 

·         Provide timely status reports, financial reports, risk/issue logs,
